保留的A类（/8）IPv4网段分配给谁了？

　　A类的地址，子网掩码是255.0.0.0或者/8，是公网的地址，但是有一些A类的地址再IP地址分配之初已经分配给了一些组织或者一些公司（大部分是互联网的早期推动者），那么这些IP地址都分配给谁了呢？

　　值得一提的是，有一些组织例如斯坦福大学（ Stanford University）为了让IPv4地址枯竭时间延后一点，甚至将自己原有的保留地址36.0.0.0/8归还到公共地址池里面去。
